I can't checkout?

Most times it is because your credit card information was entered in incorrectly or the billing address entered does not match the credit card billing address. If your having troubles try getting out of the website and then come back in. Trying these suggestions usually solves the problem.

I have a tracking number but it says "No information available".

If shipped by USPS often times the postal website does not show a delivery confirmation or "tracking" number although the order has been shipped. The postal website often times goes off line and temporarily looses the information. As long as your order shows a tracking number, your order has shipped.

 

My order never arrived

If you order displays your package tracking numbers, check with the shipping company to confirm that your packages were delivered. Often times it can be left on the porch or back door. If your package shows a status of "delivered", please click here for assistance.

 

An item is missing from my shipment.

First Log into your account to see if any items are on back order. If no items are on back order please contact us to resolve the issue. Make sure to provide your name, order number and part number of the missing item. If you do not have these three things it will dramatically slow down our ability to help you.

 

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are hard to predict when we will have more in stock. History shows that most items ship in less than 2 weeks.  As soon as we get them in we will be able to ship the item to you.

How do I return my product?

Items shipped according to ordering instructions will not be exchanged / returned for any reason unless damage is reported at delivery. At that time a UPS or USPS claim will need to be filed and it may take up to 10 days to process the claim. Items that were installed in any manner are not returnable. Custom made products are non returnable. *No returns on electrical components. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Unless Witchdoctors sent the wrong part shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. Make sure to have your order number ready.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

WitchDoctor's Billet Specialties only collects sales tax for orders shipping in the state of Ohio. Any orders shipping to any location outside the state of Ohio are not subject to sales tax.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your Credit card is charged at the time you place the order. It may take 24 hours before it is accepted into our system.

 

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). Please check you bank statement to make sure you got the proper credit.

How do I navigate the site?

To navigate our website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the home page and on the right of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". How do I use a coupon?

After adding items to your cart, at the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.

 

Do you make custom parts?

Yes that is one of our specialties. Often times that is where many of our new products are born! Keep in mind that we are extremely busy and that custom parts, depending on complexity, can take up to 6 months to make. Contact us with your ideas.

What is the warranty on your chrome products?

All Witchdoctor made products carry a 1year warranty on chrome for pitting or peeling. It does not cover misuse or improperly installed items. All other non Witchdoctor products are warrantied by their respective manufacturer and they vary from 90 days to 1 year.
