They then are powder coated a medium black for a long lasting beautiful finish. BDD Custom Slot luggage rack and backrest combo pack for Victory Judge 2013-2014 with factory passenger seat. Backrest pad measures 10.5` wide by 8` tall. Will work with lock and ride saddle bags. For use with Victory quick release bag mounts use Custom docking kit #101-041-01. *This product is drop shipped UPS ONLY and may arrive separately from other items ordered.
