Looks good. Doesn’t fit my 2013 Vegas 8 ball.

So I purchased this item, because it was supposed to fit my Vegas. I did my homework, looked at the instructions, which were poor but I figured it out. The box arrived today, pretty beat up, but that’s UPS not the seller or shipper. I went to install it tonight. Instructions are for if you have a passenger seat, or a solo seat. I have a solo seat. Instructions tell you to remove the side trim, which I did. Then install the rack using the bolts but says nothing about using the spacers. It does mention them however if you are using a passenger seat. There are only one set of bolt holes that line up to install the rack, and those are the holes that the side trim panels attach to. Ok, I can live without the side panels. However, the rack is made for a passenger seats, and the backrest installation is back where it would serve a passenger, not the rider!! If I’d known that, I would have bought a different item. So it goes back. I had to pay extra shipping, and. I got dinged another 34 bucks for restocking, when it’s not my fault. I will be calling Witchdoctors tomorrow. The whole thing jut makes me mad.

The instructions are poor. They are wrong and they also don’t supply a picture. Not that I really need one but if it had pics, I wouldn’t have wasted my time trying to install it.

The rack itself is well made, and finished and looks good. I see another backrest and rack that might fit my bike. It did not come up for me to view when I was first looking. Same manufacturer, and will work and allow my side trim pieces to go back on. Just disappointed, and out well over 100 bucks due to no fault of my own.
