Sold my 2013 Cross Country Tour last summer. Loved the bike but wanted to try Indian. Got a 2017 Chieftain. Love that as well 111 Thunderstroke is a great engine. IMHO Victory and Indian from this era are very similar except for the nostalgia looks which i like on the Indian. To bad Polaris abandoned both brands

I own and ride 4 Victory motorcycles right now. 2 Vegas, 1 crossroads and 1 Vision. I love the engineering, look, and ride of all the bikes. Polaris will never get another of my pennys, EVER!

Have had most makes of bike. Currently have a collection of 9 bikes. 2 of them are Victory Visions. I had one of them built by Rylan Vos at The Vic Shop. Hands down the most incredible motorcycle I’ve owned in my 50 years of riding dozens of different bikes. There’s absolutely nothing like it. Smooth, fast, maneuverable, the sound… Hard to believe it handles the way it does being such a huge bike. I get comments everywhere I go about it looking like it’s from the “Jetsons “. I will ride my Visions bike until I can no longer ride a bike.

I have a 2008 Vision – one of the first ever delivered. It has 120,000 miles on it and the first trailer hitch ever made for Visions. Bushtec used my bike to develop the hitch and gave me the prototype.

2 Vics still in my Garage… when I’m not riding one of them!
- 2008 Victory Vision, SSG. Bought new, quickly went with Lloyds cams and other components to improve on an already GREAT bike. 140k miles and still counting all with the trunk. LOVE my Vision.
- 2011 Victory Vision, Crimson & Black. Bought in 2024 with 20k…closing in on 30k. Also has all of Lloydz cams and goodies. Set up as Street with trunk on the wall. Feels like a different GREAT bike. LOVE this Vision too.
Also 1 Indian in the Garage:
- 2021 Indian Roadmaster bought from Lloydz Garage in St.Paul/Minneapolis Indian. Yes, it too has all the Lloyds goodies. Bought new and has 30k+. I like this bike… I like it alot… but I DON’T love it. It can’t compare to the Vision ride for long haul or even for slow speed PGR Escorts. Fixed fairing is much more my preference. But I don’t want to belly up $$ for a Pursuit. At this point, I plan to keep ‘liking it’ for now.
Fact is… I bought the 2011 Vic Vision because I knew it was what I was looking for again. And for $6k, what was I to lose. I could have bought a Pursuit to get a fixed fairing Indian, but couldn’t shell out BIG $$ for another unknown (even though I have test ridden it).
Thank you Witchdoctors and all who help keep the VIC rides ALIVE.
