General Safety Warning & Fitment Disclosure

General Safety Warning & Installation Requirements

Your safety is our top priority. Whether you are maintaining a Victory® or Indian® Motorcycle, or servicing a UTV, ATV, or Side-by-Side, proper installation is vital to the performance and safety of your vehicle.

Important: ⚠️ Warning: Failure to follow manufacturer-specified installation procedures and safety requirements can result in mechanical failure, loss of vehicle control, serious injury, or death.

Safety Guidelines for Installation

  • Follow Factory Service Manuals: Always refer to the original manufacturer's service manual for specific torque values, sequence instructions, and required tools.
  • Professional Installation Recommended: If you are not a qualified technician or do not have the proper tools, Witchdoctors strongly recommends having your parts installed by a certified mechanic.
  • Pre-Ride Inspection: After installing any new component—especially those involving brakes, steering, suspension, or fuel systems—perform a thorough pre-ride inspection as outlined in your owner's manual.
  • Operating Limits: Do not exceed the manufacturer’s recommended load limits or performance specifications after installing aftermarket or replacement parts.

Modification Notice: Certain modifications may alter your vehicle's handling characteristics or void factory warranties. Ensure all parts are compatible with your specific year, make, and model before proceeding.

General Riding Safety Information

Riding motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, personal watercraft and any other powersports vehicles is a dangerous activity. When riding, always wear a helmet, eye protection and protective clothing. There is no assurance that serious injury or death can be avoided even if you wear the product shown on this website and take all precautions to avoid every risk. Please ensure that any products you purchase fit properly. Improperly fitting products can impair your ability to control your vehicle.

Tire Safety Warning

Always maintain recommended tire pressure. Under inflated tires can overheat and fail. Do not exceed manufacturer’s maximum pressure shown on tire. Follow tire manufacturer’s recommendations for maintenance and care of tires. Allow only trained personnel using proper equipment to mount tires.

Wheel Safety Warning

When selecting wheels, the tires for your application must have a load index and speed rating equal to or greater than the tire fitted as original equipment. Consult manufacturer’s publication(s) and/or website(s) for complete information.

Important Fitment Disclosure

At Witchdoctors, we want to ensure you get back on the road or trail as quickly as possible. Correct fitment is the most critical step in purchasing parts for your Victory® or Indian® Motorcycle. Also for your Polaris®, CFMoto®, Arctic Cat®, Yamaha®, Honda®, Can-Am®, Kawasaki® UTV and ATV.

⚠️ Verification Required: While we strive for 100% accuracy, vehicle manufacturers often make mid-year production changes. Always verify your specific year, make, and model before finalizing your order.

How to Ensure This Part Fits

  • Check the Fitment Tab: Every product page features a "Fitment" section listing compatible years and models.
  • Verify OEM Part Numbers: If you are replacing an original component, compare the manufacturer part number (OEM) against our product description.
  • Confirm Vehicle Sub-Models: Many parts are specific to sub-models (e.g., Mule PRO-FX® vs. PRO-MX®, or Victory Cross Country® vs. Cross Roads®).

Fitment Support for Every Machine

Victory & Indian Motorcycle Fitment

Victory® and Indian® parts can be highly sensitive to specific model years. Ensure you check for compatibility with engine sizes (e.g., 106 vs. 92 cubic inch). Also check frame styles to avoid installation issues.

UTV, ATV & Side-by-Side Fitment

Off-road vehicles like the Teryx®, Brute Force®, and RZR® frequently undergo suspension and electrical updates. Always cross-reference your VIN if you are unsure of the exact production month or year of your machine.

Emissions and Noise Regulations

NOTE: The California Air Resources Board (“CARB”) does not permit the use of aftermarket emissions-related part(s) that alter the performance of OEM emissions-related devices unless CARB has issued an Executive Order, other than on racing vehicles on closed courses. Check your local laws and manufacturer’s information. More California exhaust information is available at www.arb.ca.gov/.

NOTE: Parts designated as “Race Only” are for use only on vehicles used for competition racing and are not for use on vehicles registered for use on public roads. Sale and/or installation of “Race Only” parts in any way inconsistent with this warning is prohibited and may result in enforcement by the U.S. EPA under the federal Clean Air Act. “RACE ONLY” PARTS ARE NOT LEGAL FOR SALE IN CALIFORNIA ON ANY POLLUTION CONTROLLED MOTOR VEHICLES.

NOTE: Aftermarket products, including but not limited to exhausts, catalytic converters, oxygen sensors, fuel/air controller modules, air filter kits, camshafts, O2 eliminators, and carburetors and jet kits which alter, modify, or replace emission control devices or systems of an originally compliant highway motorcycle, are not legal for sale or street use in California unless they have been issued a CARB Executive Order.

The following emissions-related defined terms are used on this website:

  • “CARB E.O.”: means the specified Executive Order issued by CARB. An Executive Order constitutes an exemption by CARB from CA Vehicle Code 27156 and 38391, for sale of the part number for the make/model/year fitment(s) specified in the Executive Order.
  • "Replacement Part”: means any aftermarket part intended to replace an original equipment emissions-related part and which is functionally identical to the original equipment part in all respects which in any way affect emissions (including durability), or a consolidated part.
  • "Qualified Manufacturer Declared Replacement Part”: means any aftermarket part intended to replace an original equipment emissions-related part and which is functionally identical to the original equipment part in all respects which in any way affect emissions (including durability), or a consolidated part, that has been evaluated and declared by the manufacturer to meet this definition.

NOTE: Products shown may not conform to federal, state or local emissions and/or noise regulations.
