The Cobra Neighbor Haters Series Dual Cut slip-on mufflers provide that perfect balance between sound (loud, but not too loud) and performance. And when used with the stock head pipe, these are 50-state legal. (See manufacturer declarations below.) The NH Dual Cut muffler uses a 4-inch body capped off with beautifully machined aluminum tips. These tips get finished in black with machined alluvial flutes. These mufflers use the same core as the NH, so it offers the same sound and performance.
