K8 3.0 Knee Brace by Pod

FORGED CARBON FRAME: Our exclusive Prepreg composite is crafted from layers of military-grade carbon fiber sheets pressed, heated & molded to optimize strength while reducing weight. LIVE ADAPTIVE LOWER FRAME: Every leg shape is different and unique. PODs radically progressive, patented design conforms to and captures the lower leg, reducing the chances and severity of rotational force injuries (twisting). HUMAN MOTION HINGE: Inspired by the human body, our patented technology uses the power of Synthetic Ligaments, engineered from Vectran Fibres (5X stronger than steel) to provide progressive, multi-directional motion control. IMPACT SYSTEM: Class leading CE Level 2 Full Coverage protection system features a proprietary Viscoelastic polymer engineered to respond to impacts by absorbing & dispersing forces. ADAPTIVE CUFF: Increases comfort by adapting to any leg size or shape, accommodates muscle motion and disperses load, reducing the risk of femoral fractures. HEX GRIP COMFORT LINER: Allows a better grip to limit brace migration, reacts to heat allowing airflow around the leg, and helps to mitigate moisture, odor and bacteria so you can have a more comfortable ride.
