Bolster your frame with our front and rear Weld-In Frame Gusset Kits for the Polaris RZR XP 1000. With 25 gussets to strengthen your frame tabs and shear points, you’ll have a RZR that’s ready for anything.

Heavy-Duty 3/16” Steel Gussets
These gussets are made with heavy-duty, laser-cut 3/16” steel. Every piece was designed specifically for a certain spot of your frame to maximize strength while minimizing work. They reinforce your A-arm mounts, shock mounts, and critical shear points. You can ride with confidence knowing your frame has this RZR 1000 gusset kit beefing up its backbone.
