The PL14-16 works perfectly for motorcycle use. The Posi-Locks are reusable, vibration proof and can be used at high temperatures; they meet the SAE standards. The Posi-Lock Connectors make wire splicing a cinch, and the connection the Posi-Lock makes is solid.
  • No crimping or loose connections.
  • Reliable - Patented design locks wires in place.
  • Reusable - Allows disconnection and re-connection.
  • Wide wire range - Connects several wire sizes.
  • High temperature - Rated 250°C for use in engine compartments & other high temperature areas.
  • Chemical resistant - Resists fuels, oil, grease and most shop solvents.
  • Weather resistant - Nylon 6/6 body and tin plated brass conductor resist weathering and corrosion.
  • High current rating - Up to 30A D.C. @12 volts, 16A D.C. @ 24 volts.
  • High pull-out resistance - Up to 4 times stronger than crimped connections.
  • Ideal for both permanent installations and use where disconnection is required.
  • UL listed for 600VAC.
