High capacity 3800mAh battery for Rugged Radios V3 and RH-5R handheld radios provides double the battery life of the standard battery. It's the perfect compliment to your RH-5R as a spare, backup, or race events where extended battery life is critical. The BAT-RH5R-XL is a rechargeable Li-Ion battery pack. Click for RH-5R Radio.

A great optional companion item to this battery is the Battery Charger with 12v Charge Port (available in the Rugged Add-Ons below). This 12v Battery Charger allows for quick and easy charging without having to use the standard radio docking port. Great for long trips on the road, or a week long trail event where an AC outlet is not easily accessible. Simply plug into a cigarette lighter with the attached to your RH5R, and you're ready to go!
