The new S-Series Speakers have been newly designed with upgrades to voice coil size and cone material to provide great sound quality. Several speaker sizes are available including a new 6x9-inch component set for a variety of applications. The S-Series speakers are the new benchmark for entry OEM upgrades. This is the new, upgraded version of the popular ALPINE-SPS-510

Mineral-fortified polypropylene cones are exceptionally stiff, yet lightweight, which means they can push out accurate upper bass and deliver clear midrange. Resilient rubber surrounds help keep the woofer centered for accurate cone movement, reducing distortion. Silk dome tweeters provide warm high notes that bring out the character of the instruments and vocals. Grilles are not included — factory grilles are appropriate for most installations.

These will not fit in the cross bike trunks without modifications.

Quality Upgrade

I replaced the stock fairing speakers in my Cross Country Tour with these Alpine S50 speakers. The magnets on these speakers are huge compared to the stock speakers. The volume and quality of sound was greatly improved! I am very happy with the purchase of these high quality speakers. The install took some finagling but not a difficult job. The video from withdoctors was very helpful. A great company to do business with.
