How the RAM Ball-and-Socket System Works

Every RAM mount is built from three interchangeable parts: a base that attaches to your vehicle, a double socket arm, and a holder or accessory for your device. Protecting Your Phone From Vibration

No. This is the holder only. Pair it with a RAM B-size double socket arm and the base that suits your vehicle, or choose a complete RAM kit.

Will it fit my phone in a case?

Measure the total width and thickness of the phone in its case and compare it with the holder’s size range listed above. Bulky rugged cases may exceed the range.

Is it waterproof?

RAM mounts are built for all-weather use and the hardware resists corrosion. Unless a holder is specifically rated waterproof, your device still needs its own protection from rain and dust.

Will it damage my handlebars or paint?
