What Is Blow-Back?

A windshield pushes air up and over the cab. Behind you, that air creates low pressure that pulls dust, exhaust and cold air in through the open back. A back panel closes that gap, so the cab stays cleaner on dusty trails and when hauling. A zip-open rear window lets air through when you want it.

Installation

Clean and dry the frame where the self-adhesive Velcro will go, and let the adhesive set before loading it. Follow the 3 Star instructions, fit each piece, and check that the zippers close without strain and the fabric clears moving parts and hot surfaces.

Before You Install

Inspect the enclosure for damage and confirm fit before installing. Fit the Velcro in warm, dry weather for the best grip.

Care and Maintenance

Rinse mud and dust off with water and mild soap, and let the fabric dry fully before storing it. Clean vinyl windows with a soft cloth and a cleaner made for vinyl, and don't roll windows up tight in the cold, since cold vinyl can crack. Store pieces flat or loosely rolled.
